Position Purpose:
The Technology Director is responsible for the creation and execution of Home Depot’s marketing technology strategy to align with the Marketing organization goals and industry best practices. The role will collaborate closely with Product and Marketing operations to ensure customer centric solutions. This position will evolve the marketing tech stack, drive marketing automation and integrate with supporting platforms/channels ( CDP, CMS, DAM, web applications, targeting systems, Email, online etc.) to operationalize a modern end to end marketing architecture. The role will adopt a data driven approach with focus on performance metrics to personalize and drive customer engagement across multiple channels and ROI. The Technology Director will provide visionary leadership, be informed on industry and emerging trends, and incorporate best practices in marketing. As a Technology Director, you will understand the marketing business holistically and drive strategic alignment across teams. In addition, you will focus on outcomes, thinking through, documenting, and communicating value propositions and concrete metrics for success.The role will provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the technology team, fostering a culture continuous improvement while retaining top talent.
