(Sales Position)

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Use the Specialty Standards to learn selling process, customer benefits, how to qualify customers, overcome objections, and sell the project
• Use training and Service Providers to become a product expert, instill trust, and build relationships with customers
• Track department and store metrics in myView
• Walk department for out of stocks and Packdown visual outs; request on-hand adjustments as needed
• Verify that all returns have been completed before the end of your shift • Escalate issues with vendors to your DS and SASM

Additional Paint Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Capture PRO and DIY customer information in One Paint during every paint transaction and inform customers of the benefits
• Strengthen relationship with service providers and vendors to discuss processes, issues, and/or new products
• Ensure we’re offering each customer attachments and asking each for their information to save their paint colors in OnePaint

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
