Responsibilities
- Set leads & provide in home solar consultations
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial savings they can achieve
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in solar technology

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in outside sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of solar energy and the ability to effectively communicate its benefits to customers
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in software applications, such as Salesforce, for lead tracking and customer management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
