About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Retail Asset Protection with a strong background in executive leadership and extensive experience in asset protection and operations. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational leader with a deep understanding of retail store and non-retail functions that impact profitability. Responsibilities for this role include developing and executing a companywide strategy for asset protection, leading a team of approximately 300 colleagues, and managing a substantial budget to address shrinkage across a large number of locations. The role demands a leader who can drive fresh ideas and solutions, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the company's processes and systems are at the highest standard to protect assets, customers, business, and employees.Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' in an executive leadership role, 10 years' of relevant experience, and a proven track record of engaging leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a critical strategic and operational mindset, be adept at data-driven decision-making, and have a keen awareness of the factors influencing shrink. Excellent communication skills, the ability to navigate a complex client environment, and a high level of collaboration are essential. Experience in retail or pharmacy is preferred, and the role requires the management of a significant shrink budget. The position is remote and may involve up to 60% travel.
