Position Summary

The primary role of a Dishwasher (Overnight) is to properly clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen equipment while maintaining the dish room, dish machine and kitchen space.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications
Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine
Restock all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen equipment
Break down, cleans and sanitizes the dish machine each shift
Keep dish and other storage areas clean and organized
Assist in the removal of all garbage from Kitchen and Stewarding areas
Follow established health and safety standards
Follow all policies and procedures put forth by the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel
Other duties as assigned
