The Hire Method LLC is Hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician Near Burleson, TX

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing setting. This position offers a direct hire opportunity with full benefits.

Location: Burleson, TX

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with Rotating Weekends

Benefits:

Requirements:

  • 2 years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment
  • Willingness to work night shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with rotating weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to schedule
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery
  • Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
