Basic Job Function

Helps audit and process third party invoices for payment. Assists Bill/Order Processors with their daily duties and responsibilities.

Position Scope

Works with Billing department, United Van Lines and other UVL agents in performance of daily duties. Works in a normal office environment. Maintains communication with branches, drivers and other UVL agents. Works with Accounts Payable in performance of daily duties.

Minimum Job Qualifications Required

Education: High School diploma or equivalent work experience.

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: None required.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to communicate with a variety of different people. Must be computer oriented. Detailed oriented, able to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to use calculator.

Significant Responsibilities and Essential Functions

• Responsible for the audit, approval and processing of third party vendor invoices.
• Responsible for verification of all charges on the invoice. Once verified, enters third party information into United’s pricing system.
• Applies proper discount based on individual vendor information and enters third party (after discount) into Mover’s Suite. Scan copies of Third Parties into Document Management in Mover's Suite and make “ABIL” note in HOD or Mover’s Suite.
• Responsible for making sure that every discounted third party invoice not on our list gets put in Accounts Payable folder on the “One Drive”.
• Helps with assigning Transdocs to proper biller.
• Help Reconcile Third Party statements and verify each invoice has been processed.
• Sorting and Scanning paperwork in Trandocs.
• Scanning/entering U-Haul/TransAdvantage invoices.
• Assist billers with various duties when needed.
