Grow With Us! The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships and service our P&C customers. 

This position will report to our agency located in Orlando, FL. After 60 days of training in office, the position will then be a hybrid schedule of working in office and virtually.. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. 

Responsibilities:

• Explain Coverages.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, their representatives and insurance company personnel.
• Accurately and efficiently maintain electronic client account records and electronic file documentation while processing rewrites, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
• Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft office Excel and AMS 360 is preferred.
• Must be able multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
• Must be detailed oriented. Accuracy in this position is critical.
• Must have strong time management skills. Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
