Position summary: The Highlawn is looking for motivated, personable Event Server to join our team at one of New Jersey’s most celebrated restaurants/steakhouses. The server is responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment and guaranteeing only the highest quality products are being served.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.

· Anticipates guest needs, ensuring constant communication with colleagues, management, and the kitchen during service

· Ensure guest are serviced within specified time

· Check tables throughout service times for customer satisfaction, resolve guest complaints

· Has a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.

· Must be considerate, patient and willing to help out fellow employees

· Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety

Pay Type: $18.00-$25.00 commensurate on experience
