The Higher Path is looking for FULL TIME and PART TIME budtenders/delivery drivers.

Job Description:

Higher Path budtenders are responsible for performing sales and service functions for new and existing patients of the collective. This includes extensive product knowledge and an understanding of cannabis science.

Essential Functions

• Gather and process required patient documents and information, and perform detailed verification while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Greet and establish rapport with customers — get to know them and seek to understand their interest in cannabis, medicinally or recreationally.
• Assist customers in identifying the medicines and methods of medication that best fit their individual needs.
• Adhere to strict distribution processes and maintain a professional and safe environment for customers and coworkers.
• Continue to enhance your knowledge of medical cannabis, and continually hone your ability to explain and recommend treatment procedures and product uses.
• Unpack, sort, count, and label merchandise as directed, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration.
• Maintain cleanliness of station and facility.
• Maintained the professional appearance of the collective by organizing merchandise on the sales floor, participating in basic store clean-up, and developing efficiencies.
• Perform clerical tasks, including accurate filing, compiling, and maintaining inventory and records.
• Deliver within 10 miles of the collective to customers with delivery orders. Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and personal car.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office setting and on the road. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as iPads/computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time or Part Time position. Work hours are anytime between Monday through Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. You will receive tips, product discounts, and other benefits!

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED diploma and one to three years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Retail/Sales experience.
• Knowledge of cannabis strains, (indicas, sativas, hybrids), edibles, extracts, topicals, tinctures, vapes, and current products on the market is a huge plus.
• Dispensary-related experience is a plus.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree a plus

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

This position does not approve visa requirements, H1-B sponsorship, special clearances, etc. Submittal and clearance of drug and background screening to meet Company Policy expectations.
