Job Title: LPN Supervisor
Pay: $30.00/HR

Typical Shifts:
- 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- 8 Hours
- Full-time

Responsibilities of an LPN Supervisor:

- Provide leadership and guidance to PCA's, CNA's, and Med Techs
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Complete RASP's and provide addendums and revisions as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and administer medications and treatments as prescribed in the absence of Med Tech
- Coordinate and oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Assist with family planning and education
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide appropriate interventions
- Facilitate communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary team, health care providers and families
- Must possess excellent customer interaction, collaboration, presentation, verbal and written communication skills

Required Education and Training:

- Licensed Practical Nursing Degree- Minimum of [1] years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting
- Experience in Elder Care
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make critical decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
