Job Location : Hershey, PA

Hourly Pay Rate : $14.00 or more based on experience

Minimum Age : 16 years of age or older

Availability : Requires availability to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts

Food and Beverage Replenishment Attendants are responsible for receiving daily deliveries and restocking our sales floor to ensure adequate inventory for the of the operating day.

They must be able to read and follow inventory reports to determine min and max amounts. F&B Replenishment Attendants may be using the RF devices to scan bar codes and move inventory from one location to another .

In addition to restocking and inventory, they will assist guests with questions related, operate a cash register as needed, and maintain a clean work area.

The required skills will be learned primarily through on the-job training.

This is a part-time position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The company will not provide relocation assistance or other employment benefits for this position.

There are a limited number of weekday daytime shifts available during non-peak seasons.

Summary of Major Duties / Responsibilities :

• Must demonstrate our Customer Service Pledge

• Must initiate contact with our guests by being courteous and greeting them with a smile Must be willing to listen to our guests and provide for their needs
• Must provide a genuine Thank You to every guest
• Maintain stock of F&B items and supplies in dry storage and other designated locations
• Primary person for daily receiving and stocking of vendor deliveries
• Proper labeling and rotation of product according to date codes

Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties / responsibilities :

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must be able to operate a cash register
• Must be able to use retail systems / reports to determine retail inventory Must maintain a neat appearance and meet the uniform standards Must have customer service skills and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Leadership / ability to take initiative
• General retail knowledge
• Must be able to walk or stand for 5-8 hours
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry 25-50 lbs with the possibility of overhead lifting Requires bending, stooping, and twisting
• There is repetitive motion of the hands / fingers / wrists
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and fellow coworkers and function effectively as part of a team
• Must have basic math skills (adding and subtracting) Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements : Education : No formal education is required

Experience : Retail experience is preferred but not required
