Our vibrant crew is looking for a passionate person to give extraordinary customer support to our policyholders. You will be in charge of guiding our customers on coverage, addressing billing inquiries, making alterations to policies, and suggesting alternate policies. $65,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Handling all inquiries from clients promptly and professionally
• Process all endorsements
• Refer all client claim inquiries immediately to the insurance carrier
• Assist clients with billing issues
• Update client/prospect information in the agency management system
• Continuing education (Company Paid) for industry designations

Qualifications:

• 3 years' experience as a Personal Customer Service Representative in a NY State Independent Agency environment
• NYS P&C License required
• Live within 30 miles of Latham NY (In-Office Position)
• Insurance Designation a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
