Heritage House is hiring for a temporary Wellness Director while our employee is out for a few months. We are a small assisted living facility with three large homes adjacent to each other, with up to 39 licensed beds at full occupancy. We are hiring an experienced Certified Medical Assistant. This position is 32-40 hours, some nights or weekends. The applicant MUST have clinical experience working with the elderly in Long Term Care, or another healthcare facility preferred.

Monitoring seniors for signs & symptoms; knowledge of the classes of drugs and managing Med-Techs; Scheduling appointments; Admissions understanding (must be computer literate, know Excel & Word) and building charts; Phlebotomist is a plus; Ability to manage a staff of caregivers by teaching and training; knowledge of Individual Care Plans (ISP); understanding of DOH regulations; and genuinely cares for the elderly and disabled, and delivers 5-star service to families and customers. Must be highly organized and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. On-call rotation. Answers to GM.

Pay commensurate with experience.
