Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server/Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist with seating arrangements
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer questions
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with restaurant or retail math for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Sales skills to upsell menu items or promote specials
