Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our enthusiastic team of hardworking individuals! The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing staff and providing ongoing training
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process
- Oversee team management and delegate tasks effectively
- Assist in pricing, payroll, and budgeting activities
- Contribute to recruiting efforts and onboarding new employees
- Manage stock levels and oversee inventory control
- Support sales management activities to drive revenue
