The Haven has an immediate opening for a Dual Sexual Assault/Shelter Advocate. This is a full-time position (4pm-midnight with one weekend on call monthly and on call holiday rotation) with the primary responsibilities of providing a safe and supportive environment for all Haven clients while focusing on the needs of sexual assault clients. Emphasis is on crisis intervention and assisting clients through the criminal justice system. Minimum 4 year degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. 1 year internship or 2 years work experience in Social Work, Psychology or related field with proven effectiveness. Must clear all background checks, education verification, and have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
