The Harper Company is Hiring a Concrete Laborer/Finisher Near Louisville, KY
We are a heavy highway contractor who specializes in highway and airport concrete paving. We are seeking for laborers and finishers for a project in Frankfort, KY. The job requires long hours and some weekends. This work is seasonal , therefore no work is expected to take place during winter months. Our company provides ample opportunities for career growth to those who exhibit positive attitudes and good work ethic.
Starting pay will be between $25 - $30/hour, depending on experience.
Applicants must be able to pass a background check and a drug test. Applicants must also be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
Experience with concrete paving and finishing is preferred. Applicants must be willing to learn certain skills required for the position.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
