Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence. The House Manager will be responsible for managing household staff, coordinating events, maintaining the property, and ensuring the smooth running of all household activities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage household Guests hiring, reprimanding, helping guests get set up on company software system, & Making sure all guests are following the program rules and policies.
- Plan and prepare meals (sundays when possible)
- Coordinate laundry and housekeeping duties /chores and make sure guests and yourself are keeping a clean and organized home
- Plan and execute events, including parties, gatherings, and special occasions
- Help Guests fill out employment applications. When needed.
- Attend MCAHVEN, Tapestry, URC, and other recovery related programs to maintain a relationship and communication.
- Ensure guests are keeping up on compliance

- Weekly Drug Testing

- Computer work, MUST BE OKAY at COMPUTERS ..

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a House Manager (preferred).
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Substance Abuse practices and experience is a plus and (preferred)
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of guests staff members.
- Knowledge of Recovery / substance abuse.
