Our Commercial Lines Document Management team is currently seeking a Team Lead in our Worcester, MA location. This is a full time, non-exempt role. POSITION OVERVIEW:The Team Lead coordinates and is responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the processes and staffing of a fast-paced service focused operation. Participates in and provides input for training programs, volume tracking, and quality controls within the department. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Support and motivate employees to meet and exceed customer service level standards Partner with customers, vendors, and management to enhance our service capabilitiesAssign priorities and balance daily work within the departmentAnalyze staffing and productivity data to identify process improvementsCreate detailed documentation for department workflow processesSupport department, management, and organizational initiativesEnsuring proper staffing levels during vacations, holidays, and peak business times WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experienceSupporting a high-performance team in an evolving environmentMaintaining and creating partner relationshipsAbility to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull a wheeled cart that may exceed 100 lbs.Ability to repeatedly twist and reach while sorting documents into multiple bins. This job posting provides cursory examples of some of the job duties associated with this position.
