The Hampton Inn Norfolk/Chesapeake is Hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent Near Chesapeake, VA

The Hampton Inn Norfolk/Chesapeake is searching for extremely energetic people to join the Front Desk Team!

Our hotel boasts 118 well maintained guestrooms and we are searching for Front Desk Team Members to help us keep our guests 100% Happy! We are well known for our top notch guest services and sparkling clean rooms.

Front Desk Team Member Job Duties Include:

- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

-Taking care of any and all guest issues in a prompt and positive manner.

-Creatively resolving issues to best fit the needs of the guest!

-Checking guests in and out of the hotel.

-Making sure guests are WOWED with GREAT Service.

-Creating and changing guest reservations.

-Ensuring all special guest requests are fulfilled.

-Completing a Daily Checklist of Front Desk Tasks.

- Any and all other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
