Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Division 8 Assistant Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for material.
- Collaborate with project managers and
- Track material orders and coordinate deliveries based on job schedules.
- Provide support and organization in project estimation/management.
- Proposal/Change Order/Submittal creation.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in this specific field.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent mechanical, analytical, and mathematical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and software skills listed below.

Excel:
- Strong knowledge in creation of spreadsheets, sorting, formulas, and working schedules.

Bluebeam:
- Strong knowledge of Standard Revu (mark-ups, tools, export, and document creation).
