Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with each customer that comes into the store in a warm manner.
• Actively seek out customers in store, cross-sell products and “go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Utilize operational interactivity to comfortably connect with our customers.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
• Assist customers by utilizing excellent, in depth knowledge of The Hair Shop’s products and service procedures.
• Accurately complete transactions for customers you assist in a quick and efficient manner.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Professionally answer phone calls, greet customers and offer them assistance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Create an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a neat and clean store.
• Must be able to adapt and transfer between departments when needed
• Perform light cleaning duties such as wiping windows, counters and sweeping/mopping
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and positive retail experience.
• Arrange, organize and display merchandise.
• Watching out for loss prevention through leakage and theft, and how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Complete tasks correctly and on-time.
• Arrives on time for scheduled shift.
• Follow The Hair Shop’s policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
