Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Composite Technician to join our team. As a Composite Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and building composite materials using various hand and power tools. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Duties:
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble composite materials
- Follow blueprints, drawings, or specifications to ensure accurate fabrication
- Apply adhesives, resins, or other bonding agents to join composite materials
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Operate machinery such as forklifts for materials handling
- Assist in machining or carpentry tasks related to composite fabrication
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with composite materials is preferred but not required
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
