Job Summary
Implement the Production Fulfillment Process steps related to the fabrication of parts according to work order and customer requirements.
Ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.
Third of Four levels of CNC machining center operator. Setups involve familiarity with and understanding of program formats involving combinations of operations such as profile and contour milling, boring, recessing, turning, drilling, threading, etc.
to the capacity of the machine and control factor. Operates numerically controlled machine tools to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations on a diversified line of work to close and exacting tolerances and finish specifications requiring a high degree of skill.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is may be required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is regularly required to stand; walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.
Work Environment
The work environment is typical of most shop environments; not climate controlled and subject to outdoor weather conditions.
Team members are exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting.
