- You are a beer aficionado and a huge Guinness fan!
- You have a confident and outgoing personality with strong people skills
- You possess a passion for excellence, and are keen to exhibit that as a custodian of the Guinness brand
- You know and understand all NV laws relative to legal service of alcohol and responsible service
- You have current TAM and NV Health Card
- You are punctual, and hold high standards as related to your appearance
What You Will be Doing
- Educating every guest with the intent of turning them into Guinness Ambassadors
- Demonstrating beer, brand, merchandise and Company knowledge
- Encouraging sales and cultivating repeat business
- Acting as a resource for Guinness knowledge and strives to keep that knowledge base developing and current
- Completing retail duties such as cash handling, replenishment, stocking, and cleaning (must be able to carry 40lbs)
