Without Walls Senior Clinicians – Seeking Experienced ABAs
Are you a Senior BCBA and want to do something different? The Guild School values community-based inclusion for our students. We are seeking creative, experienced, and excited professionals to work with community-based and residential education programs for students with intellectual disabilities. If you are looking for a challenge, have BCBA and LABA Certifications and have a commitment to inclusion and experiential learning, apply! Full and part time positions available and no hourly billing or client chasing is required!
Summary:
Senior Clinicians provide high-level consultation and direct service to The Guild School’s students ages 6-22 years old who are diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, including autism, along with concurrent mental health diagnoses and challenging behaviors. Working in collaboration with program managers, qualified therapists also provide clinical supervision to junior analysts and those seeking licensure. This position is an integral piece of an interdisciplinary team with a primary goal to provide effective interventions that lead to an improved quality of life, community inclusion, and functional skills development. Services are rendered in milieu (school and group homes) as well as in community-based settings to promote generalization.
