RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:
- Oversee staff to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care through proactive rounds
- Address clinical needs of residentsAssist with admissions and clinical documentation as necessary
- Liaison with residents and family members
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS OF AN RN SUPERVISOR:
- Must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of NJ
- 2 years nursing home experience in a supervisory capacity is required.
DAYS: Weekends 7p-7a & PRN
