- Answer multi-line phones.
- Greet patients upon arrival, check them in and obtain insurance and demographic information.
- Provide patients with forms and scan documents into our electronic medical records, Athena.
- Process payments from patients for their co-pays, deductibles and balances.
- Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on physician/provider availability.
- Provide patients with support and guidance as needed.
- Work in a team environment.
- Provide excellent communication.
