- Provide direct instruction to individuals to teach them communication and other life skills using ABA therapy.
- Collect data and report to behavior analysts.
- Teach clients daily living activities.
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties.
- Collaborate with clients and families.
Qualifications:
- Not required - Previous experience in child care, applied behavior analysis, or other related fields is a bonus but not required.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, On-the-job training provided.
- Bachelor's Degree in any child or mental health related field and/or High School diploma with no previous experience and a willingness to learn new skills.
