We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, tree care, and garden maintenance. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of workers to complete various outdoor projects.

Crew Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of workers to complete various outdoor projects
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
- Build and maintain garden beds
- Perform tree care tasks such as pruning and removal
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Maintain outdoor spaces by removing debris and ensuring cleanliness
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
Crew Leader Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in lawn care, groundskeeping, tree care, or garden maintenance
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of proper techniques for lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance
- Ability to operate various types of equipment including mowers, trimmers, and chainsaws
