Essential Job Functions

Position : Casino Attendant

Department : Slot Department

Primary Responsibilities : (guest interaction, orderingresponsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)

• Act as a customer service representative while onthe gaming floor.
• Distribute change to guests as needed.
• Respond to jackpots, paper fills and repair slotmachines when needed.
• Knowledgeableon the slot layout and services available
• Knowledgeable on all casino promotions.
• Knowledgeable on Players Club rewards program.
• Issue new and replacement players cards as needed.

Secondary Responsibilities :

• Greets all customers
• Maintains accurate service logs when entering amachine
• Performs job duties in a manner that complies withdepartment and Gaming Enterprise internal controls, policies, and procedures aswell as federal and state gaming laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• Consistentlyinteracts with the guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and hazard free workenvironment within their area of responsibility.

Normal Working Hours : (Shift, days)

Must be able to work any shift, any days, andavailable on holidays.

Past Work Experience Requirements : (Type of work, number of years required,equivalent experience, etc.)

Six months experience in a class III gamingenvironment preferred

Educational Requirements : (Degree / Certification, highestrequired / preferred, field of study)

High School Diploma or preferred

Communication Skills Requirements : (Verbal : phone, in-person, group;Written : memos, documents)

Must be able to effectively communicate withcustomers.
