Some industry experience is required for some positions.Applicants should be detail-oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment. Must be 21 years of age or older. We are currently accepting applications for the following positions:

- Budtenders

- Shift Lead

- Assistant Manager

No previous Budtending experience is necessary, but the following will be necessary to succeed in this role, after a reasonable amount of training

- Must possess an active MED badge

- Must have dependable transportation

- Must have open availability to shift hours

- Must be able to stand for 8 or more hours at a time

Duties include, but will not be limited to:

- Assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.

- Provide information about different strains, potency and effects of various cannabis products

- Maintain knowledge of current regulations and trends in the cannabis industry

- Handle cash transactions accurately in compliance with dispensary policies

- Keep the store clean and organized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers

A viable Shift Lead should have at least one year of experience as a Budtending to be considered for this position. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted, during the receiving process. This is a full-time position.

Duties include, but will not be limited to:

- Opening and closing procedures

- Train, Guide, assist, and mentor new Budtenders

- Resolving customer issues

- Strong sales skills with the ability to up-sell and cross-sell products

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Ability to assist in any area to improve speed and efficiency

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

A viable Assistant Manager should have over a year of Budtending experience and ideally, 6 months

experience as a Lead or Manager

Duties include, but will not be limited to:

- Proactively monitor how long it takes Budtenders to assist customers and finalize sale

- Work to ensure smooth transactions to gain repeat customers

- Mentor and step in to assist Team Leads as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
