Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meals
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items
- Ability to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Time management skills to ensure prompt service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of bussing procedures to maintain a clean dining area
- Culinary knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is preferred
