Title: Learning & Development Program Intern
Reports to: Learning & Development Program Manager

Position Overview:
The Learning & Development (L&D) Internship is an exciting opportunity to support the logistics of programs that prepare leaders to make Greater Boston more welcoming and inclusive. This role will support the implementation of the Chamber's existing learning & development programs which include: Boston's Future Leaders, Women's Leadership Program, Transformational DEI Certificate Program, How to Be an LGBTQIA Ally in the Workplace, and more in development. This individual will be responsible for extensive data entry and organization to ensure the continued smooth operation of all L&D programs. Additionally, there will be opportunities to support and attend sessions within the L&D programs. This role is designed for a systems- and efficiency-minded individual who is passionate about learning & education, interested in the Greater Boston business community, and a desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
This is a sedentary job by nature but does require occasional travel within the city. Requires being able to sit at a desk and use a computer and phone for most of the day. When traveling, employees must be mobile enough to get around events and assist with set up and break down including lifting 25lbs or more. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
