Provide leadership, daily management and support of all recreation and leisure activities, facilities, groups and committees. Responsible for assisting Recreation Manager with purchasing supplies required to operate all recreation facilities. Responsible for a high-standard of cleanliness, operation and maintenance of all recreation facilities, pools, spas, fitness center, bath houses and offices. Any maintenance and repair needs beyond daily requirements will be reported to the maintenance department through the CSA office and coordinated with maintenance leadership. Assist Recreation Manager with assigned responsibilities. Typical work schedule is a five-day work week, but this job does require flexibility due to events, weather-related closures of the pool and other problems or initiatives.

Experience and Background Requirements:
Supervisory skills and organizational skills needed, writing skills and computer skills needed
Skills related to record-keeping, cash-handling, phone calls, emails, etc., needed
Experience in scheduling and coordinating multiple functions/activities, which often occur simultaneously.
A general knowledge of fitness activities, pools, tennis, pickleball, golf, shuffleboard, wedding preparation and all the areas associated with the recreation industry.
Some sales experience preferred.
Average physical ability and strength to move tables and chairs.
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Licensure Requirements: Certified Pool Operator, Crowd Manager Certification
