Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. Duties:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using manual and automated methods
- Load and unload dishwasher machines
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in appropriate areas
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas
- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Support other team members as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
