DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist policyholders with loss prevention and control services
• Help in managing risk relating to the workers' compensation, auto liability, and general liability classes of coverage.
• Identify, evaluate, and eliminate and/or mitigate exposure to safety and health hazards.
• Conduct periodic safety and health risk surveys of offices shops, facilities, premises, projects, and automotive fleets.
• Safety and Health Education and training for policyholders
• Safety and Health consultations, to include safety and health plan review and assistance
• Loss analysis of major classes of coverage
• Make recommendations and assistance to improve safety performance for policyholders
• Keep up to date on changing laws and regulations.
• Yearly Loss Analysis of policyholder's incidents
• Conduct risk surveys on job sites
• Consultations provided that include individualized annual insured action plans, regulatory interpretation and compliance, explanations of unacceptable, acceptable, and best industry practices, safety plan development and review, assessment of industrial hygiene and health risk, ergonomic assessment, loss control information, fleet safety management, general liability exposures and safeguards, and safety performance management.
