Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, including a wide range of coffee beverages.
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with banquet events as needed
- Manage inventory of bar supplies and restock as necessary

Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in the hospitality industry
- Excellent bartending skills, including knowledge of various drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Strong cash handling abilities and proficiency in basic math calculations
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery
- Knowledge of banquet operations is a plus
- Basic understanding of food handling procedures
