Full time day position in our beautiful bar, Laurel. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while following standard recipes to ensure established control systems are followed
• Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guests
• Ensure all alcohol is removed from counters and tables prior to closing time, complete closing duties
• Comply with all liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries andunsafe work conditions to management
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
• Supervise and train employees in their respective duties
• Manage the bar’s liquor and supply inventory
• Develops purchases and supply orders, checks in recently purchased bar items, arranges inventory for special events and makes supplies readily available for team
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
