Overview
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Components supervisor will directly supervise a team of 10-15 associates at our satellite warehouse location. The Components Supervisor plays a critical role in keeping our manufacturing schedule on track and should possess great self-direction abilities and attention to detail. In addition, this person is passionate about process improvement, team building, training and developing direct reports, and working cross-functionally.
