Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver fitness programs to meet the needs and goals of clients
- Provide personalized instruction and guidance to individuals or groups
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics and techniques to prevent injury
- Demonstrate and teach various exercises, including dance, kickboxing, and group fitness classes
- Modify exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Assist with fitness sales and promote the benefits of personal training
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and how the body moves
- Experience in program design and creating effective workout routines
- Proficient in personal training techniques and methods
- Ability to educate and motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in sports coaching is a plus
