Real Estate Agent - Accelerated - Learning Program

The Good Agent Team Brokered by REAL in Walnut Creek, CA is looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our Real Estate Mentorship Program. Once you complete the program, you will have access to resources and skills that will assist you in becoming a member of a successful real estate team, which includes lower commission caps, generous commission splits, and other advantages for monetary gain.

Our Flexible Learning Program can be done either in-person or online, depending on your location or if you have a difficult time attending in person. Lessons, seminars, and mentorship sessions will be held in the Broadway Plaza, close to Nordstrom, and also through online access. During your first few weeks in the program, you will be able to observe open houses and meetings.

• Engage in mentoring sessions, coaching, and interactive classes
• Successfully complete all modules and educational programs
• Foster a cooperative and collaborative atmosphere with peers
• Attend open houses and appointments as a shadow
• Help customers understand their needs and provide relevant solutions

• Possess a Real Estate License or be close to taking the exam
• Have a valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record and a reliable personal vehicle
• Be capable of excellent communication and customer service skills
• Identify customer needs and be able to provide solutions
• Be legally allowed to work in the US
