Accommodation Specialist - Guest Services

The Gonzo Inn is a small personal-touch boutique hotel just off the main strip in Downtown Moab. Known for our intimate atmosphere, large comfortable suites, and lush private grounds, this 43-room property is a desert-chic getaway enjoyed by guests from around the world.

Job Description and Qualifications

Our Accommodation Specialists require a skill set above and beyond standard front desk duties. This begins with top-of-the-line customer service skills, the ability to interact with a variety of personalities, professional concierge services, and the capacity to adapt to a changing work environment.

Our accommodation specialists make the first impression on our guests and are a key part of our dynamic sales and event team. Setting great expectations for our guests and following through with their needs is paramount to our future successes.

We are searching for someone with the abilities listed (or the sincere desire to learn them), PLUS an individual constantly searching for ways to improve their lives and the lives around them. Our front desk staff is often promoted into higher-level roles within our organization, and we’re always looking for advancement-focused individuals who can thrive in a professional environment.

Salary and Schedule Expectations

All salaries are based on experience. Range $18 - $20 / Hour. Additionally, we require on-call assistance when needed. Schedules include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
