Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Director to oversee and manage our wellness programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership skills to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee wellness programs for residents
- Provide leadership and guidance to the wellness team
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents' wellness needs
- Manage case management activities and maintain accurate records
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other healthcare laws
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance resident well-being

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Active RN license with experience in acute care or hospice settings
- Proven experience in nurse management and case management
- Knowledge of home health systems and best practices
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
