At The Goddard School, you join a group of other educators who are passionate about working with children. As a Teacher Assistant / Floater for the summer season, you will assist Lead Teachers in our classrooms for all ages 0-7 years old.

Compensation and Benefits :

Assistant Teacher / Floater Responsibilities :

• Advance children’s physical and intellectual competence through the implementation of the teacher's lesson plan.
• Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain a professional commitment.

Qualifications :

• Experience in an early childhood education center, preferred but not required.
• Strong computer and technology skills. Previous experience with digital lesson planning tools and software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Desire to be a part of a successful team working together!
