We are looking for full-time or part-time (12:00 pm - 5:00 pm) assistant teachers who are comfortable working with infants through PreK ages, as well as qualified Lead Teachers. Compensation based on education level and experience. We are committed to helping you grow in your career and providing opportunities for advancement within our organization!

Responsibilities include:

- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals

- Provide instruction and guidance to students in a classroom setting

- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment

- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and activities

- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments

Desired Qualifications

- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Experience working with children in an educational setting

- Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies

- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for educating children
