Core Responsibilities:

• Help with overall classroom management.
• Assist in the execution of the curriculum for the classroom.
• You will seek to ensure the safety, quality, and consistency of care for all your students.
• Maintain our inclusive culture and demonstrate a commitment to our quality assurance standards, accreditations, and licensing requirements.
• Foster teamwork and develop relationships that inspire trust with families.
• Update class decorations and maintain child portfolios and attendance logs.

Requirements:

• Experience with and a love of working with young children.
• Ability to work effectively as a team with a Lead Teacher.
• Previous classroom experience in an early childhood education setting is required for the Assistant Teacher role but not for the Teacher’s Aide role.
• All Candidates must pass required state background checks and TB test.
