Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate an Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a childcare teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Teach basic academic skills, such as letters, numbers, shapes, and colors
- Collaborate with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
Requirements:
- Previous experience in nannying, childcare, or related fields
- Ability to educate and engage young children in a classroom setting
- First aid certification is preferred
- Strong understanding of toddler care, including diaper changing and feeding routines
- Experience working with diverse student populations is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a positive learning environment
