Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required (Associate’s/Bachelors degree or above preferred)
• At least one year of experience in infant/preschool care (preferred)
• Five years of early childhood teaching experience for the upper pay tier
• Ability to multi-task, work cooperatively and manage challenges professionally
• Ability to learn and implement Goddard curriculum and assessment systems
• Ability to change diapers, and/or assist with toileting needs (where necessary)
• Complete required trainings for the State of Tennessee and Goddard
• Meet background check eligibility and additional state requirements.
